Conference animation with thematic contextualization

Hosting a conference, a webinar or an event is above all to ensure that the key messages will be well perceived, understood and, at least in part, retained by the audience. For this, you need a few simple rules. 1- A major theme bringing real added value and materializing through concrete examples and shared experiences Too often, internal and external events are mainly used to promote stakeholders or the organizer without sufficiently asking the question of expectations and perception by the audience. The proliferation of online events during confinement has further reinforced this dimension. The best way to stand out is to provide expert content with high added value that can be anchored in the daily reality of those who participate. 2- An effective format, which favors short answers, around themed sequences A 30 to 45 minutes format for a conference remains a maximum. You can go up at 1h30 for a plenary with many segments. Beyond that, you have to vary the formats, plan times for participation and co-construction. Similarly, an answer is 1'30 minutes maximum. Beyond that, attention drops rapidly... 3- Speakers prepared and reassured, at ease to deliver their expertise and their sagacity Apart from professional speakers, very few people have been media-trained over time... and that's normal. An intervention must therefore be prepared upstream, with the facilitator who will guarantee the format but above all be a safety net to follow up in the event of a blank and ensure that all the key messages have been expressed. 4- A master of ceremony, expert in his subject, who will be able to frame and recontextualize the speeches and react in real time to questions from the public. With more than 1000 interviews and more than 80 seminars or conferences designed and/or animated, I have of course acquired expertise in the exercise of animation. Beyond that, my knowledge of the subjects of digital transformation, management and sustainability allow me to save time for stakeholders in the preparation phase (I already know the subject), to be able to bounce back and propose different angles based on expectations (I know the trends and topics of the moment and can enrich the exchange of key figures) and to make links with the "real life" of companies (I have been in the place of decision-makers). Experience and expertise, the best of both worlds at your service!
