Avec une carrière riche et diversifiée comme parachutiste professionnelle ponctuée de victoires - dont deux titres mondiaux, d'organisation de record de grande formation, et d'une expérience en entrepreneuriat avec la création de zerOGravity, un centre de parachutisme indoor, je mets aujourd’hui mon vécu et mon expertise au service de votre entreprise. Impossible isn't female !
Women face specific challenges in the business world. This is also the case in the world of high-level sports. Yet, impossible is not female! In 2022, two world records for large formations are scheduled: the mixed formation in August, which will fail, and the women's formation in November, which will be a resounding success. Not only will the goal be achieved, but the way it is achieved now serves as a new standard of organization for mixed records. In this inspiring talk, I share the lessons learned from "Project 19," the women's record celebrating the centenary of the 19th Amendment to the American Constitution, which granted women the right to vote. Through powerful stories and breathtaking images, I demonstrate the importance of trust, communication, mutual support, and a powerful common goal. This exceptional performance, much more than a sporting feat, is a true metaphor for what women united by a common and transcendent cause can achieve. To conclude my intervention, I guide the participants through a powerful visualization exercise. I make them feel the intensity of the collective force, creating a deep connection and a shared sense of purpose.
